What is coworking?
Coworking: getting your work done… but with other people nearby.
Ashland Works provides uniquely collaborative spaces with dedicated desks and executive desks, private offices, super-fast internet, conference and meeting rooms, and more at an affordable rate.
Coworking is not just about sharing infrastructure and cutting costs though. It’s about accessibility, sustainability, and community. With kids and partners and endless distractions at home, coworking allows you to stay focused at work and be present at home. It’s the new way of working and sharing.
Coworking offers the right fit to help Ashland’s remote workers feel connected, entrepreneurs make vital connections, and small businesses thrive. Join us today.
Membership
-
We offer a variety of monthly recurring membership options for every stage and style of work. Your membership gives you access to the space and schedule that meets your individual work needs. Whether you prefer to work weekdays or are more of a night owl, we have options to fit your needs.
Our spaces are designed to inspire with a mix of common spaces, private nooks and crannies, and dedicated zones so you can find the spot that works for you or work from a different table or couch each day.
All memberships come with printing, use of the conference rooms, free craft coffee, and member events. Many of our memberships come with access to Medford Cowork Collective, for professionals who work, live, and travel throughout the Rogue Valley.

We get it — you’re popular. Long story short: absolutely! We’re a collaborative space, which means there’s a lot going on with people on calls, Zoom, meeting in person, etc. Our space is optimized for phone calls, and if you need a little more privacy, you can always tuck into our phone booths or, better yet, book a day office or meeting room all to yourself. And please always wear your headphones!
-
Yes, please do! We encourage you to make yourself at home with our fully equipped kitchen facilities, including a sink, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and toaster oven.
And don’t worry, if you didn’t have the time to make your lunch, you can order in from one of our local restaurants.

We are super proud of our lightning fast and reliable wifi internet. We’ve got sweet sweet fiber coursing through the building with six access points on a Unifi network (and our coverage is so fine you keep your connection as you move to different locations throughout the building — even if you’re in the middle of a zoom call!).
We also have wired ethernet throughout the space and in the conference rooms for when you need that IV drip of upload speeds. We’d be happy to send you speed test results – just drop us a line.
-
Yes! Got a Costco run on the agenda and zoom call right after? Depending on your membership level, access to our locations in Medford are included or available for an additional fee.
Access protocols vary by location, so be sure to ask your Community Manager about the community standards of a different space before you go (especially on weekends). You can use our member portal to RSVP to events or book conference rooms at other spaces.
